We ship worldwide from Ukraine using Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Other countries: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control. Customs delays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

Shipping in Ukraine

For orders within Ukraine, you can choose between available delivery options provided by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, including delivery to a branch, post office, or address where available.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery is available through Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta to supported countries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the applicable customs regulations and tax thresholds in your country before placing an order.

We are not responsible for customs fees, customs delays, holding times, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a customer refuses or does not collect an international parcel due to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
